The WA Screen Awards celebrate innovation and achievement in West Australian film, promoting the achievements of the WA Screen Industry and encouraging early career filmmakers. The Awards bring early career filmmakers into contact with industry representatives.

The WA Screen Awards night of nights is Saturday 6 March at the Perth Concert Hall. Expect entertainment and excitment but we’re keeping the fine details secret for now.
Shortlisted nominees for the Early Career and Open Category Awards will be annouced on Thursday 28 January 2010.
